The most Popular types of transportation can you find to travel around Cambodia

When traveling in Cambodia, it can sometimes be hectic to find
the right transportation. Some provinces do not have direct buses or minivans,
so you may need to take a private taxi.
Travel by air
There are currently 3 international airports operating in Cambodia: Phnom Penh International Airport, Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, and Sihanouk International Airport. Two more international airports, Techo International Airport and Koh Rong Airport, are under construction and are expected to be completed in 5 years.
Travel by bus
One of the most convenient and affordable ways to explore
Cambodia's provinces is by bus or minivan. Bus tickets start at $10 USD and go
up to $25 USD, depending on the route and bus operator. You can book tickets
online through Bookmebus or Camboticket. Walk-up tickets are also available,
but be sure to do your research to find a reliable bus operator and avoid scams
or long travel times.
Phnom Penh is the main hub for buses to all destinations in Cambodia. If you are starting your trip in another province, such as Siem Reap, Kampot, Sihanoukville, or Poi Pet, be sure to check the bus schedule and travel time before you book your ticket. There is no central bus station in Cambodia, so each bus operator has its own departure location.
Travel by private taxi
If you are traveling to a destination that does not have direct bus service, you can arrange a private taxi. This is a good option if you want to customize your itinerary or travel at your own pace. You can arrange a private taxi through a service like Bookmebus or Tap App Taxi.
Travel by train:
Traveling by train in Cambodia is not as common as by bus, but
it is still an option. There are only two operating train tracks: one that goes
to Takeo, Kampot, and Sihanoukville, and the other that goes between Kompong
Chnang, Pursat, Battambang, and Poi Pet. You can find more information about
train travel on the Royal Railway Cambodia website.
